Elite Lawn Care Specialists LLP Lawn Maintenance Agreement
Elite Lawn Care Specialists LLP shall perform work in accordance with the written terms contained or referred to in this agreement.
Elite Lawn Care Specialists LLP reserves the right to renegotiate price or scope of work is affected by changes to any local, state, or federal law. All employees shall be competent and qualified and shall be United States citizens or legal residents authorized to work in the United States.
The client will be assigned a regular service day based on the client’s property location.
Service will be done on the same day of each week unless it’s a bi-monthly account. If ELCS is unable to service the client’s property day, due to weather conditions or other circumstances, the client will be notified via email and will be provided a makeup day.
ELCS begins servicing properties at 7 a.m. and only work weekends for bi-monthly properties. If the Client wants to go to bi-monthly services, an email must be sent via email@example.com.
Switching from weekly to bi-weekly will result in a price increase based on the current rate of services.
Service/Do’s and Don’ts
Lawn mowing and trimming of weeds/non-detailed edging of sidewalks bi-monthly. Blowing of grass clippings advance edging: If the client wants detailed edging, there will be a sub-charge.
Removal of fallen branches is not included in our basic service. Fallen branches will be piled in one location off the turf.
**Bagging of clippings is not included in the basic service. It is better for the lawn to have the clippings recycled into the lawn.
***Due to potential damage; ELCS Staff are not permitted to trim any grass or weeds growing in cracks of hard surfaces (asphalt, concrete, etc.), in mulch or flower beds, behind a/c units, or around any small rocks. Should you require maintenance around these areas; please contact us for an estimate to provide this service.
Before each mowing, trash and debris will be removed. Personal items in the yard must be removed by the customer prior to mowing.
Mowing will be performed every 7-14 days, depending on the rate and schedule preference. A turf height between 3 ½ -4 ½ inches will be maintained without removing more than 1/3 of the total leaf blade height. The mowing direction will be alternated each visit, whenever possible, to prevent compaction and enhance your lawn’s appearance.
Our equipment is maintained under a regular schedule to ensure excellent working conditions and safety.
Spring/fall cleanups are not included. It is a separate service. Please call for more information.
Access to job site and prompt payment.
Notice of defect or damage needs to be reported within 48 hours.
In most cases, the Contractor will address or remedy the customer’s concerns within a prompt and timely matter. Customers have 48 hours from the time the job is completed, to notify Elite Lawn Care Specialists LLP of any dissatisfaction regarding any job done via firstname.lastname@example.org. If there is no contact made within 48 hours, it is agreed that the job was completed to satisfaction.
Elite Lawn Care Specialists LLP is not responsible for damaging underground or ground obstructions, such as wires, pipes, sewer access caps, etc. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform ELCS of such items.
For safety reasons, ELCS Staff will not enter a front or back yard, if a pet (cat, dog, turtle, etc.) is loose on the property. ELCS will attempt to contact the client by phone and email. If the client is unsuccessful to correct the situation. A $35.00 fee will be invoiced as a trip charge.
We are a lawn and landscape service, not a pet waste removal service.
First Offence: An email or letter will be sent about the matter.
Second Offence: $15.00 charge.
Third Offence: $30.00 charge.
This will be the maximum amount per visit until the problem has been resolved. On New Year’s Day, all offenses will be cleared.
Billing: Prepayment/Payment at the Time of Service
Invoices shall be paid before or at the time of each service. If not paid, services will not start and will be skipped. A minimum of $35.00 cancellation fee will be invoiced. Services will resume on the next scheduled day.

Credit Card Option #1 – Credit/debit card on file (Preferred by ELCS – no processing fees assessed.)
Credit Card Option #2 – Invoice will be sent by email two days prior to the scheduled service date. Processing fees will be the client’s responsibility. Services scheduled on Monday and Tuesday will have invoices sent on Friday of the week before.
Please call or email one day before scheduled service, if the property needs to be skipped due to no growth during summer months, flooded areas, or any other reason. We do recommend clients, move from weekly to biweekly at the beginning of September, due to the season change. This is not mandatory or automatic.
Services can be terminated at the client’s convenience and will take effect immediately unless otherwise specified.
The only exception will be if the termination is requested while a service is being performed. In this case, the termination will be processed once the service is completed.
Termination will need to be made via email email@example.com. The client will receive a copy of the signed agreement to the email on file or by mail.
